Cancellation Policy
Unanticipated events happen in everyone's life, and we are happy to accommodate you as follows:
If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage that could reduce the effectiveness of your treatment, such as fever/flu/illness, please contact your therapist BEFORE arriving for your massage.
You must notify your therapist 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. This allows the studio to schedule another client for the time you have reserved. If you do not provide notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled session.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations
Failure to show up for a massage appointment without notice of cancellation will be considered a "no-show" and result in payment due for the full amount of the missed appointment. Payment must be received prior to scheduling the next appointment.
Late Arrivals
Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly so that you may arrive on time. Should you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending how late you arrive, your therapists will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment, you will be responsible for payment for the full amount of time allotted for the reserved session.
Gift Certificates/Packages
Anyone using a gift certificate or pre-paid package who late cancels or fails to show up for an appointment will be charged that gift certificate or package for the missed session.
Gift Certificates/ Packages: Non Refundable, Non-transferable.
